  1. hi sidat congratulations on the pregnancy, hope your wife is well when your baby You register the baby and apply for a passport and then you have to add the baby to your current visa. Once the baby had been granted that visa you can go ahead and add it to your 186 application. The baby won't be illegitimately in Australia unless you are. The baby will be given an Australian birth cert on registration of birth. Your baby will automatically become an Australia citizen on its 5th birthday regardless of your visa status. Hope that helps, good luck with everything

  5. We put everything in, form 80, pcc and meds. Although, we waited for the referral for the meds, only took about a week to come through.
  6. Hey kmchu, I am sorry this process is taking so long for you it's not much comfort but you are still week within the DIBP guideline of 5-6 months. Recently sikofbrit and Fiji had extended waits compared to others who had applied at the same time, but they did get their visas in the end. It can't be much longer now
  7. Hey Barney, there are 3 processing offices, wa vic and nsw. Some offices are a bit quicker, I think vic was having some delays recently, but it probably won't make much of a difference. 12-14 weeks seems to be the average. There is a central processing centre in nsw, but each application goes to a regional office.
  8. I know kseafield, the suspense is killing me! Thanks samsen, I'm in the wa office, hope they are busy little bees in there today! has anyone emailed the pse today?
  9. Congratulations samsen! Enjoy your celebrations, they are well deserved! which office processed your application?
  10. Monday Monday..... come on DIBP! Show us some love this week! Im in terrible form today, the whole world is annoying me. But I'll forgive them all if I get my visa! how are you holding up kseafield?
  11. Ok just emailed wa.pse (even though it scares the pants off me) and they are currently allocating applications lodged at the end of June
  12. Guys, the dept have said themselves that they are processing applications from end of June. And anyone who applied around the 20th, it's only 12 weeks this week. I think we may start getting some news next week. The average time seems to be 12-14 weeks. Chin up everyone we'll be sipping Krystal and partying like it's 1999 in no time. That rhymes marge, and you know it rhymes!
  13. It's Monday agin guys, another week closer, let's keep our heads up and our fingers crossed. I've got my bubbly chilling and my dance moves down! Let's do a roll call, see where we're at. Nom & app lodged June 24th meds & pcc lodged by July 21st
